Are IOE cases processed faster?

I saw a few in my receipt block for I 751 being approved within 3 weeks to a month and many of them 4-6 months which is pretty fast considering the wait times for other service centers for I 751.

VarunMalhotra No one knows. It all depends if someone is looking at your case and the office. The system is made to keepYou in Limbo. Make you sure your spouse is happy with you and if there is divorce waiver or any waiver then dont leave united states. The biggest problem is if you leave and your case gets denied for some reason then you will be stuck with not a way to come in. Good luck

Yes, I find that to be extremely unacceptable, Nebraska has my application since a year ago and there’s no movement, I’ve seen blocks after me that have had applications approved. The IOE is online filing but when I sent my application there was no option for online filing. My block is 239-009.

For the folks who have been stuck for a long time especially for more than a year and beyond the processing time specified by the USCIS. Especially if you are in a situation that this long processing time is causing hardships. Please have some level of self respect and take action. You should already have exhausted all other approaches by this time: 1) phone call and talking with a tier 2 agent 2) submitting service requests 3) contacting your congressman and two state senators to make requests on your behalf 4) Going through ombudsman. These methods most likely won't work but you have to try them. Finally you need to file a complaint to your federal district court. This one will work. If you can't afford attorney you can do it yourself. The filing costs around 400$. There are online guides on how to file a complaint. You can get a subscription to PacerMonitor to study some of these cases to get an idea.
