The website is looking great with all sorts of analytics, however, one has to open it in a browser. An app would make these much more accessible. On another note, when one retrieves the case approval analysis data for a specific service center a list of approved cases is shown, however, the case numbers are arranged randomly. If somehow you make some changes so that a user can sort the numbers either in ascending or descending order would be great.

Also, another feature for the website should be the option of storing one’s case number that they can receive a notification about once an action or update takes place on their case.

Nomad_microbe great suggestions! Sorting or searching functions for the table should be easy to implement and I can put it up in the following days. I need to think more about the notification and the app. For subscribing individual cases, integrating with an app and use push notification could be an ideal solution. I’m learning app dev recently I could take this opportunity to work on a real project . Would it be helpful to enable users to subscribe a receipt block or a service center so they will receive daily updates in the email?

laomao I personally think receiving a notification, either push or email, is a good idea. People using your website should have the freedom whether they want to opt for the notification services or not. You are doing a great job and I think your service in the shape of your website is a huge resource for those interested, to calm their nerves while they wait for a decision on their cases.

I was wondering if there's a possible way to check dates further back than 2/27 or receipt blocks further back? Given the huge backlog of cases that USCIS currently has, it might give insight as to how far back they are going to select which cases they work on. I know for a fact that the i-751 in Potomac has an insane backlog, and the current processing time is 26.5 months. With that being said, shouldn't we be able to see what cases from 26.5 months ago they're working on? We can possibly check the accuracy of the claim that 26.5 months is the correct processing time. All just suggestions on top of already great foundation of work from you. Thanks! This is very helpful.

In "Case status Analysis" we are seeing Processing Status. is it processing from case received to finger printing? or processing from finger printing stage to Adjudication?

I’m trilled to know the information provided since USCIS has failed to completely inform applicants. Just wondering? How is it you are able to obtain information from USCIS that is not available to us?

Actually, I recently realized that there is an app that can receive the notifications people mentioned above and analyze them.
The name is Lawfully
I recently started using this app to receive notifications in real time and it works great.

Qlqhrk I am using Lawfully in conjunction with CaseStatusExt. Unfortunately the status reporting is not accurate. It does not take account all similar cases. It only reports cases that are registered to Lawfully. I do not put too much effort in determining when I could possibly hear from USCIS. It's only helpful in seeing cases and what has been done to them. CaseStatusExt provides this information. As an example in Lawfully my ranking is 16 of 30 waiting for decision. A few days ago it was 14. Someone joined Lawfully which raised my rank because there case number is ahead of me. Who knows how many more that are outside their database. There are also a question of RFE cases to include in the process. CaseStatusExt is far more informative. It is grouped with cases similar to dates of submission. There remains 10 claims processing however there are 41 received and 91 response to RFE. I'm waiting to see what happens when all the 10's are processed. Is my claim among these 10? I asked the developer how he was able to obtain all of the data to create CaseStatusExt. He hasn't replied. How is it that these informations are not available to us from USCIS. He claims to us the USCIS case tool. As you probably discovered there is no information other than the status of your case. My reports only show when the case was received and nothing related to an update on where it is 14 months later. March 20th marks the 14th month when I should be hearing. It is a day late. If these sources are right I can't rely on the vague information from USCIS. It shows a mess of cases still pending in Dec '23. Cases jumping ahead of others when in general USCIS suppose to process cases in the order they were received. This is stated from them. Obviously this is not the case. We can only continue to stay focused on ourselves to pass the time away. Would it be to difficult to create a database for filers to use to get information on their claims? This alone would be the answer we all are looking for. How can we as citizens of this country make this change to help future applicants?

Is there a way to track I-539 cases in casestatusext.com ?
We have applied I-539(H4 extension) and I-765 separately . I-539 went to WAC LB, and receipt date is Nov 1st, 2024 and I-765 went to MSC-LB, and receipt date is Nov-27, 2024. Still status shows as "Case was received" for both. Any idea, when i will get either or both ? I am so anxious about the delay. Please help me on this.

We are seeing many cases which are applied later have got approved. Is there a way predict they approval order?
