The website is looking great with all sorts of analytics, however, one has to open it in a browser. An app would make these much more accessible. On another note, when one retrieves the case approval analysis data for a specific service center a list of approved cases is shown, however, the case numbers are arranged randomly. If somehow you make some changes so that a user can sort the numbers either in ascending or descending order would be great.
Also, another feature for the website should be the option of storing oneβs case number that they can receive a notification about once an action or update takes place on their case.
