My lawyer submitted EB2 NIW I-140 at the last week of September 2023 at Nebraska. It's been 8 months. Still waiting for the decision. When I can expect my case decision.

I am wondering about the timeline. Want to know about others situation with similar time frame.

AngryYoungMan Seems unusual although within "official normal processing time". Can you pay for expedited processing? I got mine in less than 5 days through that path. Hope you filed your AOS concurrently.
