I-485 pending for 13 months

AOS was submitted in April, 2023, and RFE was sent in June, 2023. MyProgress showed 3 months in Feb 2024 but changed to 2 months in Mar 2024 only for 2 days. It is now still 3 months. Why is the information so misleading? How can I know how soon it will get approved. Receipt number is IOE0920377128.

The natural process is 1) submit SR for outside of normal processing times 2) Get your congressmen involved 3) Sue them. for 2 and 3 (especially 3), you will need to wait at least closer to 2 years for 2 you can reach out to them to see what they say. 1 is the easiest and you can already submit it.

waiting for 12 months, sent in May 2023. They approved my I130 in July, but I485 hasn't changed at all since submission! It is agonizing
