Add IOE9xxxx batches

Cases submitted online (from the beginning) tend to start with IOE9xxx rather than the normal IOE09xxx. I don't see that these are being captured in the graphs. It would be great to have a separate "batch" category for this!

alpha2015tr I think I found the answer to this. USCIS is turning some paper applications received into online accounts when they receive them. So some people that filed paper are recieving receipts with "IOE".

imo uscis wants you to believe that doing your submission online is not only cheaper, but faster.. the problem with online and getting IOE9xxxxx is the fact that you CANT keep a close eye on it like you can if you mailed in your petitioner, paid more and got a receipt number with IOE09xxxxx... i guess that saying is true .... "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR..."

KraZieKC They just started charging more in April for paper applications. I have never read anywhere that USCIS promises a faster approval if you file online. The only motivation in the price difference is paper reduction. It won't be long before they stop paper filing all together.

karengodfrey I concur. They actually promise faster turn around times for online filers. However, no one will truly know if it's faster unless you have 2 i-130s', one online and one paper with the same PD, service center, along with no rfe and wait to see who finishes first..

I remain uncertain about the distinction between IOE9xxx and IOE09xxx. It appears to be a matter of online versus paper filing. I have not been able to locate individuals with case numbers starting with IOE9xxx who are still awaiting their N400 interview since January 2024. Kindly create a new post for further discussion.
