I have applied my EB1A adjustment in Jan, and have been following my case everyday. Recent trend shows they have been approving marriage base cases selectively and completely ignoring EB cases. It seems like no one is working at National Benefits Center. Very frustrating though.

Hi Mataro, How do you understand that theya are approving marriage based cases slctively, can you see this data in somewhere?

Uxlaction I think he is making educated guess if I am not wrong. In family based cases you usually have interview scheduled step, which you dont normally see in employment based cases.
