Help with understanding Receipt Block and Total cases

Hi everyone, I am trying to understand the difference between the total cases and listed in the 'Receipt Block Statistics' pie chart for a given receipt block and total cases being shown as you scroll to the bottom are different.

For example, if you search for a case, MSC2490996001 as follows, [https://www.casestatusext.com/cases/MSC2490996001]
After you scroll down a bit,
The total cases in the pie chart are 4651.
But, if you scroll down and order the total cases with 100 per page you only get ₅₀₀ cases.
Where are the remaining ₄₀₀₀ cases ??

Am I seeing something wrong?

The total cases you see in the pie chart is the count of applicants that started with MSC249099
